We're a software development firm in Houston, TX. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical needs when using our software. The job responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, recommending solutions, training users and creating training videos. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and computer/mobile app savvy. The position requires the following experience and capabilities:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to examine, question, explore, and troubleshoot various customer issues.
  • The ability to conduct small group, online training sessions and create training videos.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient with MS Word, Excel, Chrome, Edge, mobile phone settings.
  • Must be a team player and a fast learner.
  • Previous work experience in commercial real estate management or IMPAK software experience would be a plus.
